Do you ever see our passwords?
No. They are encrypted in each person's browser before they reach your server, and the server is yours.
How do we pay?
Offline: bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI in India, international bank transfer for USD. Our team sends the details with your order confirmation and a GST invoice after payment.
Can we try Business first?
Yes: a 30-day trial on your own server, no card and no payment. When you buy, the trial key simply becomes your paid key.
Who counts as a user?
Every active account on your Veloxise Vault server. Disabled accounts and pending invitations are free.
What happens when the licence ends?
Your vaults stay readable. Renew from your customer account; we remind you 14 and 3 days before.
Rupees or dollars?
Customers in India pay in INR plus GST. Customers elsewhere can pay in USD. Switch the currency above the plans.
