Terms of use

These terms apply to this website, customer accounts, trials and licences for Veloxise Vault sold by Veloxise Solutions.

Licences

• A licence allows the stated number of users on the stated number of servers for the paid period.
• Licences are billed yearly in advance. Prices are shown without tax; tax is added where it applies.
• Trials run for the period stated in the trial e-mail and are limited to one per company.

Your server and your data

You install and operate Veloxise Vault on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for the server, backups and the safekeeping of vault passphrases and recovery kits. Nobody can recover a lost vault passphrase.

Payment

Payment is made offline by bank transfer, UPI or another method agreed with our team. A licence becomes active when the payment is recorded.

Support

Support is provided as described for your plan on the support page.

Liability

Veloxise Vault is provided with care, but without a guarantee that it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence in the last twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to new orders and renewals after the date of the change.
