Because every plan can be tried for free first, licences are generally not refundable once paid.

• If you paid twice or paid the wrong amount, we refund the difference.
• If we cannot deliver a working licence for your paid order within 14 days, you get a full refund.
• Refunds are paid back by the same method within 14 business days.
