This policy explains what personal data this website collects and how we use it. It covers this website only. Data that you store in your own Veloxise Vault server stays on your server; we have no access to it.

What we collect
- Account details you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone, country, billing address and GSTIN.
- Orders, invoices, licences and support tickets.
- Messages you send through the forms.
- Technical data: a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting and security logs, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Why we use it
- To provide trials, licences, downloads, invoices and support (contract).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account; we then remove the data we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
